After your reservation you will receive a confirmation that you must confirm again. With this you agree to the terms and conditions and your booking is confirmed. The reservation is only final when 50% of the rental costs have been paid.
You must pay a deposit of 50% when making the reservation. The remainder must be paid 1 month in advance of your stay.
The deposit is €300 per booking. You must pay this at the latest with the payment of the last 50%. The deposit will be refunded no later than 2 weeks after your stay, minus the electricity costs incurred and any additional costs as a result of theft, breakage or excessive cleaning.
The electricity meter readings are recorded by a separate meter on arrival and departure.
The costs for electricity are € 0,45 kwh.
If you have left keys inside, we can come and help you, but we will charge you 25 euros for this, in case you leave the keys on the inside or lose them, we must have a locksmith come and have the lock replaced. These costs are then also taxed and can amount to 500 euros.

Includes: satellite TV, Wi-Fi, water, bed and bath linen, welcome pack.
Not included: final cleaning, electricity consumption and any damage/theft/excessive cleaning.
Cancellation is possible up to 1 month before the planned stay. In that case, the already paid 50% will
be refunded. If canceled within one month prior to the stay there will be no refund.
In the event of loss, theft, breakage or damage to movable and immovable property, these costs will be deducted from the deposit. In case of excessive cleaning, additional € 75,- will be deducted.
Loss of keys, remote controls or other accessories will also be settled.
When the total extra costs exceed the deposit, the extra costs will be charged.
If you notice any defects upon arrival, you must report this immediately. We will then replace or repair materials as soon as possible.
An inventory list is available in the apartment.
Use of water is free, but we ask you to use it sparingly.
Urgent request to use the air conditioning only when needed. Do not leave it on during the day and do not turn it on when windows or sliding doors are open.
Air conditioning is included in the electricity bill and is the largest consumer, avoid disappointment.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
If smoking is allowed inside, 250 euros will be charged.
Only 1 pet is allowed with a maximum size of 4 kg. Pets are not allowed in the bedrooms.
It is a large apartment with 3 spacious bedrooms. In total there are 6 sleeping places.
It is not allowed to stay in the apartment with more than 6 people, this also applies to visitors.
In case of violation of the rental conditions, the deposit will not be refunded.
